Jason S. Arnold 2028
Legal & Privacy Policy
Information about this website, your privacy, campaign communications and participation in the Jason S. Arnold 2028 presidential write-in effort.
Our current activity
As of October 14, 2026, this effort consists of building this website and posting campaign-related information on social platforms. Jason S. Arnold reports spending less than $100 on the effort and receiving no financial contributions.
Financial contributions are not currently being solicited or accepted through this website. Please do not send campaign money through the contact email or unsolicited payment transfers.
References below to future donations, subscriptions, text messaging, events or other optional services apply only if those services are introduced. This page does not establish that they are operating.
1. About this website
This website presents Jason S. Arnold’s campaign information, policy proposals and public statements concerning the 2028 presidential election. In this notice, “we,” “us,” “our” and “campaign” refer to the activities associated with this effort. Jason S. Arnold is the named contact.
“Jason S. Arnold 2028” is the public campaign name. It is not presented here as the name of a registered political committee. No federal committee registration or state write-in qualification has been represented as completed as of the date above.
This is not a government website. A stated intention to run as a write-in candidate does not mean votes will be counted in every jurisdiction. State requirements, filings, deadlines and any required presidential elector arrangements must be satisfied where applicable.
Verify registration procedures, voting deadlines and write-in eligibility with the relevant election authority. USAGov provides an overview of write-in voting.
This notice applies to this website and information handled by the campaign in connection with it. Independent third-party platforms have their own privacy notices and terms.
2. Information & how it may be used
Information you choose to provide
If you email the campaign, your email address, message and any attachments or other information you include are available to the recipient and the email services involved. They may be used to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the exchange.
If a contact, signup, volunteer or event form is offered, the information involved depends on the fields and notice shown on that form. It may include your name, contact details, location, preferences, availability and submitted message. The form should identify its purpose and any separate subscription choices.
Technical information
Depending on their configuration, hosting, WordPress, security tools and other services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps and error or security logs. These tools may operate even when you do not submit a form.
Purposes and sensitive information
Relevant information may be used to answer inquiries, coordinate an activity you request, administer an offered service, protect the website, investigate abuse or meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics or advertising uses, if introduced, require the disclosures and choices appropriate to those tools.
Messages and participation can reveal political opinions or affiliations. Consider that sensitivity before submitting them. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment-card details or unnecessary medical or other sensitive information through ordinary email or general forms.
A private inquiry is not permission to publish your identity, message, photograph or testimonial. Public-use permission should be requested separately.
Service providers and other disclosures
Email, hosting, security and other providers involved in an interaction may process information to deliver their services. If additional providers or campaign personnel are introduced, access should be limited to information relevant to their role.
Disclosure may also be required by law, valid legal process or campaign-finance reporting obligations. Other disclosures concerning security, fraud or legal claims must be assessed under applicable law.
This notice does not authorize sale, rental or exchange of supporter lists. Before introducing any list-sharing arrangement, advertising disclosure or outside contact-data source, its legality, required notices and applicable choices must be reviewed.
Third-party providers may process information in different countries. Their actual locations and safeguards depend on the provider.
3. Cookies, analytics & website features
Cookies, browser storage, pixels and similar technologies may support website functions or transmit information. Their actual use depends on the website’s hosting, WordPress settings, plugins and embedded content.
- Functional or security tools: if enabled, these may support sessions, preferences, access protection and spam prevention.
- Analytics: if introduced, these may measure visits, page activity, referrals and performance.
- Advertising and embedded content: if introduced, pixels, videos, maps and social embeds may transmit information to their providers or allow them to set cookies.
You can use browser settings to limit or delete cookies and related storage. Some functions may be affected. If website cookie controls are provided, those controls apply to the categories and services they identify.
Where consent is legally required before optional tracking, the appropriate consent must be obtained. Browsing this page does not itself provide that consent.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different browser signals. This notice does not claim that either has been technically implemented. Legally required opt-out signals must be honored where the applicable law requires it.
Any active tracking notice should identify the actual providers, purposes and durations. This page does not establish an analytics provider, advertising pixel or fixed cookie lifespan.
Comments, accounts and uploads, if enabled
Public comments may be visible to other visitors. Comment and spam tools may process submitted fields, IP addresses and browser information. If a profile-image service such as Gravatar is enabled, an email-derived identifier may be sent to that service under its own privacy notice.
Uploaded files may contain location or other metadata. Remove sensitive metadata before uploading; publicly available files may be downloaded and redistributed.
If accounts are offered, account details and session technologies may support access and preferences. Their retention and cookie settings depend on the implemented service.
5. Email & future text messaging
Email inquiries and optional updates
You may email jaysarnold@icloud.com with an inquiry. A direct inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list.
If optional email updates are introduced, the signup should identify the sender and the type of messages requested. Use the unsubscribe method included in those messages or contact the email above to stop optional campaign updates.
Opting out of optional updates does not necessarily prevent a response you request, a necessary transaction or security notice, or a legally required communication. Political and commercial messages may be subject to different requirements; the applicable rules depend on their content and purpose.
Text messaging, if introduced
This page does not establish an active campaign text-message program. If one is introduced, its signup must identify the sender, describe the messages and technology involved, and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Providing a mobile number for an inquiry or volunteer activity, following a social account, or reading this page does not itself establish consent to automated campaign text messages.
If you choose to enroll in a future text program, enrollment will be optional and will not be a condition of donating or volunteering. Message and data rates may apply. Actual message frequency and any use of automated technology must be described in the program’s signup disclosure.
Follow the program’s opt-out instructions. Where supported, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also request assistance or revoke consent by emailing jaysarnold@icloud.com. Other reasonable revocation methods must be honored where required by law. A permitted opt-out confirmation may follow.
Mobile numbers and text-program consent information must not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any provider access needed to operate the program must be disclosed in its launch notice, together with the applicable safeguards and restrictions. This is a requirement for any future program, not a statement that one currently operates.
Text delivery can depend on carriers and service availability. This page is not a substitute for program-specific messaging terms, consent records or functioning opt-out controls.
6. Volunteers, events & submissions
If volunteer or event opportunities are introduced, the information requested should relate to that activity. Submitting an inquiry or form does not create employment, guarantee a role or authorize you to speak, spend money, accept contributions or make commitments for the campaign.
Obtain approval before incurring expenses or providing goods or services on the campaign’s behalf. Reimbursements, in-kind contributions and other support can involve campaign-finance restrictions.
Public submissions must not include threats, harassment, unlawful material, impersonation, spam or someone else’s private information. Interactive content may be moderated or removed to address misuse. Respectful disagreement with campaign positions is welcome.
Submit only material you have the right to provide. Submitting a private message does not transfer ownership of it or grant an unrestricted publicity license. Separate permissions may be needed for photographs, testimonials, recordings or other public campaign use.
Children and youth participation
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact jaysarnold@icloud.com so the matter can be reviewed and addressed as required. Any future youth participation must be assessed under applicable privacy and safety requirements.
7. Contributions & future fundraising
Current status: No financial contributions have been received as of October 14, 2026. This website is not currently soliciting or accepting financial contributions.
If fundraising is introduced, the contribution service must identify the actual recipient and provide the applicable eligibility, payment, reporting, recurring-payment and cancellation disclosures before a transaction.
Contributions to a federal candidate’s authorized committee are subject to limits, source restrictions, election designations and reporting rules. Write-in candidacy does not create an exemption from federal campaign-finance law. Applicable limits must be checked for the relevant election cycle.
Prohibited sources include foreign nationals other than lawful permanent residents, covered federal government contractors, and corporate or labor-organization treasury funds contributed directly to a candidate committee. Contributions in another person’s name and reimbursement arrangements intended to evade the rules are prohibited. Other sources and circumstances may require additional review.
If an authorized candidate committee accepts contributions, federal law requires best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during an election cycle. Required reports can disclose contribution amounts, dates and other information and may become public.
Privacy requests cannot override required reporting, recordkeeping or public government records. Political contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes.
Any recurring contribution requires separate, clear authorization stating the amount, frequency and cancellation method. Refund, eligibility and correction procedures must reflect the actual payment service and applicable law. This page creates no payment authorization or automatic refund promise.
Official guidance is available from the Federal Election Commission.
8. Privacy choices & requests
Email jaysarnold@icloud.com to ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. Describe the relevant interaction without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Depending on your location, the operator’s legal status and the processing involved, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, advertising or profiling. Some laws provide appeal or complaint rights.
These rights do not apply identically to every organization. This notice does not claim that every state privacy law, the CCPA or the GDPR applies to this effort.
Requests may require proportionate identity verification or confirmation of an authorized agent’s authority. Applicable deadlines, exceptions and appeal procedures govern the response. Legally required records, legal holds and limited information needed to maintain an opt-out may need to be retained.
Contact the relevant platform directly for information it controls independently. Where applicable, you may also complain to the appropriate regulator or supervisory authority. Mandatory legal rights are not waived by this notice.
9. Security & retention
No website, email account or social platform can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary messages. Report a suspected security issue to jaysarnold@icloud.com.
Appropriate safeguards depend on the information, risks and services involved. This notice does not certify a security audit, particular encryption standard or payment-card compliance status.
Retention depends on the purpose of a record and applicable legal obligations. Relevant factors include responding to inquiries, maintaining communication preferences, resolving disputes, campaign-finance requirements and backup cycles. There is no single retention period established here for every record.
Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove information from backups, independent provider records, public posts or government records. Security incidents and any required notifications must be assessed under applicable law.
10. Website terms & legal notices
Policy proposals and election information
Campaign proposals describe intended goals. Implementation may require legislation, appropriations, lawful executive authority, agency action, judicial review or cooperation with other governments. A proposal is not a guarantee of enactment or authority to act outside legal limits.
References to people, organizations or products do not establish endorsement or affiliation unless expressly identified and authorized. Website content is general information, not individualized legal, tax or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information or violate another person’s rights. Access to an interactive feature may be restricted to address misuse.
Copyright and permissions
Copyright © 2026. Rights in original campaign materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party photographs, graphics, quotations and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Linking to public pages is welcome. For other reuse, request permission unless an express license or applicable law permits the use. Fair use and other statutory exceptions remain available.
To report a copyright concern, email the relevant page link, identify the material and rights involved, and provide contact information. The email address below is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent.
Accuracy and availability
Content may be corrected or updated, and website access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, information is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory legal rights.
Legal requirements and campaign identification
Applicable election, campaign-finance, privacy, communications and accessibility requirements depend on the activity and jurisdiction. This page does not certify registration, ballot qualification, tax-exempt status or comprehensive legal compliance.
A legal and privacy page does not replace any required payer or authorization disclaimer on the website, advertisements, solicitations or campaign messages. Those notices must accurately identify the actual payer and applicable authorization arrangement.
11. Accessibility, updates & contact
If you have difficulty accessing a page or feature, email jaysarnold@icloud.com. Identify the page, describe the barrier and tell us what format or assistance would help. Browser or assistive-technology details are optional.
Accessibility requests can be reviewed to identify an appropriate way to provide access. This statement does not certify conformance of every page, document or third-party service to a particular standard.
This notice should be updated when activities, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes require any additional notice or consent mandated by law. Updating this page alone does not authorize a new activity that requires separate consent.
